Fixitdev ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Pomolings ("App"). This policy applies to both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play) versions.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Guest Mode (Anonymous Usage)
You can use the app without creating an account. In this case, we do not collect any personal information, and all data is stored only on your device.
1.2 Information Collected via Social Login
To sync data across devices, you need to sign in. Depending on the login method, the following information may be collected:

1.3 Information Generated During Service Use
- Pomodoro records: session start/end times, focus duration, tags
- Task list: task title, description, tags, completion status
- Tag information: tag name, color
- App settings: timer duration, theme, notification sounds
1.4 Subscription Information
For in-app subscriptions, user ID, subscription status, and purchase receipts are processed through RevenueCat. Actual payment information (credit card numbers, etc.) is handled directly by Apple/Google and is not collected by us.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- Location data
- Contacts or call logs
- Photos, videos, or files
- Camera or microphone access
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID)
We do not use analytics tools or advertising SDKs.
3. How We Use Your Information
- User identification and authentication

4. Where We Store Your Data
- Local storage: Your device (SQLite, SharedPreferences)
- Cloud storage: Supabase (AWS, United States)
When using guest mode, all data is stored only on your device.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- Account data: Until account deletion
- Local data: Automatically deleted when app is uninstalled
- Cloud data: Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to provide our service:

7. App Permissions
Notification permission (optional): Used for timer completion alerts. You can deny this permission and still use the core features.
We do not request camera, location, contacts, microphone, or storage permissions.

10. Children's Privacy
Pomolings does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will delete it promptly.
11. International Data Transfers
Your data may be stored on servers located in the United States (Supabase, RevenueCat).
