Delete Account
Account & Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion of your Pomolings account and all associated data. Please choose one of the methods below to proceed with deletion.
1. Delete from the App (Recommended)
The fastest and easiest way. You can delete your account directly within the app.
How to delete:
- Open the Pomolings app
- Go to the Settings tab
- Select the Account section
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm and your account will be deleted
2. Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion via email.
Send your deletion request to:
* Please include the email address you used to register.
3. Data That Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account information (email, name, profile photo)
- Pomodoro records (session history, focus time)
- Todo lists (tasks, tags)
- App settings (timer settings, theme, etc.)
- Subscription information (subscription status stored in RevenueCat)
Warning: Deleted data cannot be recovered. Please back up any data you need before deletion.
4. Processing Time
- In-app deletion: Immediate
- Email request: Within 30 days of request
For email requests, we will send a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
5. Additional Information
- If you are using guest mode, all local data will be automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.
