1. Service Description

Pomolings is a time management app based on the Pomodoro Technique. Basic features are provided for free, and additional features are available through premium subscription.

2. Accounts

You can use the app without an account in guest mode. To sync data across devices, sign in with your Google, Apple, or Kakao account.

Your login credentials are for your personal use only and should not be shared with others.

3. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refund policies follow each store's policies.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use the app for its intended purpose
• Do not use the app in ways that harm others
• Do not reverse engineer or copy the app without permission

5. Service Changes

App features may be changed or added without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or update notes.

6. Service Interruption

The service may be temporarily interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances (server issues, natural disasters, etc.). If we terminate the service, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". We are not responsible for results arising from use of the app. We are also not responsible for data loss due to device loss or app deletion. Please back up important data by signing in.
