Terms of Use (EULA)

Thank you for using Pomolings ("App"). Please read and agree to these terms before using the service.
1. Service Description
Pomolings is a time management app based on the Pomodoro Technique. Basic features are provided for free, and additional features are available through premium subscription.
2. Accounts
You can use the app without an account in guest mode. To sync data across devices, sign in with your Google, Apple, or Kakao account.
Your login credentials are for your personal use only and should not be shared with others.
3. Subscriptions
Pomolings Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription.
Available plans include:
- Monthly subscription
- Yearly subscription
- Billing
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal Charges
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage and Cancel
You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings after purchase.
- Free Trial
If a free trial period is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds
All subscription purchases are final. Refunds are only given according to Apple or Google Play refund policies.
4. User Responsibilities
- Use the app for its intended purpose
- Do not use the app in ways that harm others
- Do not reverse engineer or copy the app without permission
5. Service Changes
App features may be changed or added without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or update notes.
6. Service Interruption
The service may be temporarily interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances (server issues, natural disasters, etc.). If we terminate the service, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". We are not responsible for results arising from use of the app. We are also not responsible for data loss due to device loss or app deletion. Please back up important data by signing in.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fixitdev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
